Dennis Wong

“We dive not to escape life, but for life not to escape us”

Originally from Canada, Dennis Wong has been a PADI instructor for over 7 years. He began diving in 1998 and fell in love with the ocean through scuba.

He wanted to share the experience of the underwater world, so he began working in the scuba diving industry in Taiwan in 2008 together with a friend at Above and below tours.

They later parted ways and Dennis became a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor in April of 2013. He later went on to become a Master Scuba Diver Trainer in 2015, and then was given an Elite Instructor award by Padi for his work in 2016.

In March of 2018, he became an IDC Staff instructor; which enables him to assist candidates in becoming instructors and teaching the Assistant Instructor Course.

 
Dennis is owner and instructor for Fun Divers Tw located in Yonghe District, Taipei along with his partner Billy Evalt.

Fun Divers Tw offer dive training and certification in Taipei as well as local and international dive trips.
