Introduction
Pioneer diver has both a shop in Taipei city as well as a training center/shop located in LongDong. Friendly group of guys able to assist locals and foreigners alike.
First established in 1990 to cater for Guam dive trips launched in Taiwan in 2002.
Owner Ken Hou was the first Mandarin speaking PADI instructor in Micronesia and has an extensive diving/teaching experience.
Pioneer Diver has a number of licensed Dive Masters who can speak both Chinese and English in order to fully train you.
Offer training, fun dives, and organize local and international dive trips.
